Guest Registration Consent

We collect guest identity and stay information because Romanian accommodation rules require hosts to keep legal guest registration records. The host/property manager is the data controller for the stay; Hi Bucharest Operations helps process and organize this information.

Romanian: Colectam datele de identificare si informatiile despre sedere deoarece legislatia privind cazarea solicita pastrarea fiselor de cazare. Gazda sau administratorul proprietatii este operatorul datelor, iar Hi Bucharest Operations ajuta la procesarea si organizarea acestor informatii.

Retention

Retention periods are configurable by the administrator for guest forms, identity documents, signatures, reservations, and contact requests.

Requests

Guests may contact the host to request access, correction, or deletion where legally permitted.
