Hi, I’m Bogdan Serban, your host in the heart of Bucharest’s Old Town. I’ve lived here for over 20 years, and I’m excited to share this vibrant city with you. 

My goal is to make sure your stay is simple, comfortable, and safe.

I’m here to make your visit easy and enjoyable. As a friendly and discreet host, I respect your space but am always available if you need anything. Whether it’s a local tip or a special request, I’m just a message away.

Safety and Comfort First

Your safety matters to me. That’s why the property has 24-hour video surveillance in all public areas, inside and outside the building. These areas are clearly marked, so you know your surroundings are secure. The building is accessed through a principal gate with a pass key, and an additional access code adds another layer of security.

As a pet-friendly host, I also welcome your furry friends, making sure they feel safe and comfortable too.

A Respectful Environment

I want everyone to have a pleasant stay. Any disruptive behavior will be quickly addressed, with support from the local authorities dedicated to Old Town. This helps ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
